Bdenza capsules belongs to nonsteroidal antiandrogen drug which is indicated for use in conjunction with castration to treat metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Bdenza 40mg capsule is in the form of liquid – filled soft gelatin capsules administer via oral route. Each capsule consists of 40mg enzalutamide in the form of solution in caprylocaproyl polyoxylglycerides.

MORE COMMON

Back pain; bloating of the face, arms, hands, lower legs or feet; bloody urine; blurred vision; breathing difficulty; dizziness; loss of bowel control; nervousness.

LESS COMMON

Anxiety; confusion or excitement; nightmares; span problems; itching skin; pale-colored urine.

RARE SIDE EFFECTS

PREGNANCY

Bdenza capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy because the drug may cause harm to the fetal and possibility loss of pregnancy. The drug Bdenza is not recommended for use in females. In lower dose itself when administrating to pregnant mice during organogenesis caused adverse reaction to the fetal than dose recommended in human dose.
